Management Information System
The Management Information System is an important component of planning and implementation of RMSA.
Collection, Compilation, Analysis and Dissemination of data in the planning process are the important tasks of MIS. In addition to these, MIS Cell would be providing information on:
- Access, enrolment, retention and quality issues.
- Progress of RMSA implementation.
- Acts as a decision support system.
The State Mission and State Government by a well structured channel and field visits will monitor all aspects of implementation including performance of all Districts on the quality and pace of implementation of all the components of the scheme for which funds are released, maintain SEMIS, frame guidelines for implementation etc. The State government will send consolidated reports to the
Central Government at every six months. Government of Andhra Pradesh monitors the project activities at regular intervals and e- monitoring is done using the structured formats for both physical and financial progress.
